Personally, I think that the number of fathers who do not pay child support, who refuse to take responsibility for their own child, who magically disappear leaving behind an unemployed, no degree or job training woman with 4 or more (all under 18) kids remains exceptionally greater than the fathers who do respect this "moral contract". So, before I get to worry about men's rights and how they should stand up to claim their unborn child, I ask: When are men going to grow up, respect women and be dependable? Now, as far as the oh I can't get pregnant lie is concerned, yes i heard of it . However, I don't see what is the point of it here... *** regarding your most recent note on the number of couples waiting to adopt greater than the number of children waiting to be adopted: I would like to know where some of these statistics come from. Because as far as organizations such as WHO, doctors without borders (where I worked), children of the world, ... there are way plenty of children who are waiting for the opportunity to be part of a family. It is the system and in particular the laws and regulations concerning these adoptions that are completely unfit and deficient; policies that are made by some who believe that only a catholic practicing right-wing couple (man and woman...) can provide good parenting. I don’t reckon my point of view would change whether or not this question was to be posted in polls & surveys.
