my ex said she never received the last child support check thru online bill pay. should she pay the stop fee?

this is the first support check she claimed she never received. my bank’s online bill pay confirms that the check was processed and was sent out. we are contesting who should pay for the stop payment fee. any advice would help.

seriously? How much is the fee? like $25 and your contesting who should pay it????
Well look at it this way… if your money.. If she says she never got it and the courts see that it was never received they may make you pay again so if it did go though and you have to pay again you will be out way more money than if you just stop it now and have it resent.
